Lovely sausage. Great with a 'fry up', cold and sliced in a sandwich, or in "toad-in-the-Hole'. We have tried most of the Harold Wood range offered now and have been very pleased with them all.

If cooked properly and not burned they turn a fab golden brown colour, the skin is tough but not rubbery, the inside is nice and juicy not gritty, the inside is speckled with herbs, they are seasoned well and they taste like sausages should taste, full of flavour, when you swallow you can still taste the sausage you just ate and not a rubbery greasy aftertaste, surprisingly what i noticed when i looked at the baking tray i used that there wasn't much fat on the bottom, and they didn't taste greasy either, there was fat just not alot of it!
