Scottish Blossom Honey 12oz Jar

A blend of honey from various floral sources harvests throughout the summer months including: nectar from clover, willow-herb, lime, wild raspberry, bramble and many others. With a mild, quite sweet flavor and smooth creamed texture the addition of some oil seed rape helps to give the fine grain structure. Although lovely in tea, we enjoy savoring this honey spread generously on a scone with clotted cream. 12 Oz Jar
