Scottish Clover & Heather Honey 12oz Jar

In July hives are moved to the heather moors and initially the bees collect from the bell heather, clover and other flowers of the upland pastures. Latterly they gather the distinctive ling heather and the resulting blend is a honey with an extremely good flavor. Delicious on toast, scones, pancakes and in tea.
