Dean's Shortbread began in 1975 when Helen Dean started baking traditional shortbread in her kitchen in Huntly, Scotland. She created the treats to raise funds for the local Huntly Pipe Band, where her husband was drum major. Today, it is one of Scotland's premium shortbread brands.
