The oranges are cut very fine in a jelly which is a less tart marmalade than it's cousin Lemon Shred; it is excellent in jam tarts, and on plain sponge cake. My children liked it with cake and custard as dessert. Not bad on ice cream either.

Well it’s sublime.

It is a treat for all marmalade lovers, full of citrus flavour, sweet but not too sickly, and with an overwhelmingly good, strong aroma of oranges. Certainly it’s the orange tang that hits your taste buds first, with the sweetness following later. Not too sharp, not too sweet, just a perfect marriage of sugar and fruit, it will leave you in no doubt as to the quality of the marmalade you’re eating.
