Any true or honorary Brit knows: Devon Luxury Clotted Cream is a dessert must - have. Crafted from the fresh milk of Devonshire cows, this English clotted cream reflects the lushness of the green, grassy region. Drop a generous dollop on pies, cakes, or biscuits for a luscious taste that's a cross between ice cream and whipped cream.

This is an amazing clotted cream. Having been raised on the genuine article when summering on the family farms in Devon this was added to every meal. Great on breakfast cereals, mashed potatoes, fresh green veggies, even carrots - not to forget scones, toast, toasted teacakes and fruit pies, crumbles or just stewed fruits - smashing on blackberry and apple! Be creative - not just for tea time. I once asked my cousin ( who taught me to hand milk the cows) to remind me how to make this - she started: "Well, first you do milk your cow, m'dear" Skip the cow, buy the finished product.
