Ackroyd's Scottish Bakery - Millionaire's Caramel & Chocolate Layered Shortbread

Millionaire's shortbread is a decadent treat perfect for a millionaire but you don't need a million dollars to buy it. We start with a layer of our original shortbread, then we pour on a layer of handmade caramel, and finish it off with a layer of milk chocolate. From start to finish, this is a handmade product. The shortbread is hand pressed into each tray. We make the caramel in house. While we don't make the chocolate here, we melt it down and pour it over each tray. Millionaire's Shortbread is a labor of love and we hope that love shines through with each tray.
