What is a Soda Farl?
A soda farl is a type of flat, griddle-cooked bread that's similar to Irish soda bread but is cooked on a stovetop rather than baked in an oven.
They are typically made with flour, buttermilk, baking soda, and salt.
Farls are a traditional part of an Ulster Fry, a popular breakfast in Northern Ireland.
How to Serve & Enjoy:
Soda Farls can be served toasted, topped with butter and jam, or as part of a breakfast with fried eggs and bacon.
Enjoy them as part of an Ulster Fry with items like Irish sausage, bacon, and eggs.
