British chocolate melts easily & may lose shape & discolor

When European Chocolate is exposed to high temperatures as we have between States here in the US,
the chocolate may "Bloom". "This happens when the cocoa butter separates from the cocoa solids.
The chocolate is fine to eat, just not as pretty..
