How to cook

Cook time: 25 min. - 30 min.

Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/395°F

Remove from all packaging.

Place on a pre-heated baking tray near middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.

I have been longing for English food this good for years

Since 1984 (when I came to the USA) I have been longing to find "fish and chips" this good. I always liked haddock best, but had mostly to "make-do" with cod. This is excellent.
