Completely melted & unusable!!

This product (and $148 worth of other frozen items) was not packed with dry ice & took over a week to be received even though I paid for 2 day air shipping!! Everything sent to me was completely spoiled & had to be thrown in the garbage!! To make matters worse they did not give me a full refund for the ruined items!!
Don't get anything shipped from this company!!

We did give you a full refund of your frozen order including the shipping costs, at a total loss to us. Reviews like this are misleading and unfair to us when we provided the correct service to you, and gave you a full refund on your frozen order when UPS failed in their service.
