Suma Mulled Wine Spices 25g is an ethically sourced, vegan-friendly spice blend used to create aromatic mulled wine. Each packet contains 6 individual sachets pre-filled with a classic mix of cassia (cinnamon), orange peel, cloves, and allspice.
How to Prepare
- Combine: Add 2 sachets to 1 bottle of red wine and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar in a saucepan.
- Heat: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Steep: Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes so the spices can fully infuse.
- Serve: Discard the spice sachets, gently reheat (do not boil), and serve warm
