A traditional cheesy sauce, made in Yorkshire. Pour over cauliflower. Use as a white sauce in lasagne. Ideal for using in a pasta dishes.
How to Prepare
Put 8 heaped teaspoons (40g) into a measuring jug and add 250ml or 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until smooth and serve.
