Ingredients

  • 500 gm new potatoes sliced
  • 350 gm runner beans sliced diagonally
  • 240 gm sundried tomatoes
  • 200g Cheshire/Lancashire cheese
  • A bunch of spring onions chopped
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 4-5 tbsp honey and mustard dressing
  • Salt

  • In a large bowl, add the drained potatoes and beans. To it, add the chopped spring onions and tomatoes. Crumble the cheese and add it to the bowl – mix everything together.
  • Add the mint and save some for garnishing. Next add the honey and mustard dressing and toss everything together. Serve in a bowl and garnish it with the remaining mint and drizzle some more dressing on top.

Did You Know?

The Britishers love curry so much that it is not just a staple food served with classic dishes, but they also found a way to have it whenever they could in more easy forms such as a pie. Turmeric, pepper, coriander, ginger, garlic, etc., are some spices used to prepare the curry before stuffing it in the pie. Curry pies are a common delicacy in pubs and are usually accompanied by chips.
