Cole’s is a specialist pudding manufacturer based in Saffron Walden, Essex. Originally founded as a family bakery in 1939, Cole’s became part of Wilkin & Sons in 2010.

Cole’s bake a variety of Christmas, Speciality and Steamed sponge puddings for a range of customers in the retail, wholesale, catering and hamper industries. We offer a comprehensive range of both branded and own label products and can bake to order using specialist recipes if required.

For Cole’s, the quality of our puddings really is in the eating. We use the finest ingredients from all over the World in our mixes, even baking our own bread to ensure that our exacting product specifications are matched. We do not mass produce, using only a small batch delivery system.

Our recipes are hand mixed and puddings baked for up to eight hours, whilst being gently steamed to ensure moistness and freshness. Our completed puddings are rigorously checked to high quality standards before being released from the factory.
