How to Prepare:

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and line a baking tray with parchment paper
  • Empty the contents of the scone mix into a mixing bowl
  • Add 125ml of milk and mix well until a sticky dough forms
  • Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead briefly
  • Roll out to 2cm thickness and cut out scones using a 5cm cutter
  • Place on the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
