Unfrozen goods #140011

According to tracking information this order was scheduled to arrive between 12.45 and 4.45 on Thursday 9th April. It was left on our doorstep about 6.30 pm and it WAS NOT FROZEN! We accidently found it, so checked out doobell and IT WAS WORKING FINE. Tracking told us the package left Hollister at 8.50 am - Hollister is a 30 minute drive from Forsyth. The dry ice had melted into the box and most of the contents were defrosted. I paid $42 for these goods to be delivered frozen. It is unacceptable that they were allowed to defrost in transit.
