British chocolate melts easily & may lose shape and color. The customer assumes the risk when ordering.

Product not fresh and mushy

Our order of three large boxes of Toffees arrived on September 15th with a Best Buy date of October 9th, same year. The toffees are mushy and not good. We just returned from Canada with half a bag of the product which is entirely different from the three boxes we received from British Market. We consume this product often and know the texture and taste of Walkers toffees. Customer service was not very helpful and didn't listen to our remarks. I would not purchase from this company.
