How to Cook Ready to Bake Goodwoods Chicken Curry Pie?

Oven cook from Frozen – Preheat oven to 200°C. Remove the pie from its packaging and place it on a baking tray covered in foil. Cook at 180°C for 30 – 35 minutes.

Recipe Idea– English Green Salad

A fresh-tasting green salad that perfectly complements a spicy chicken curry pie.

Ingredients

• 500 gm new potatoes sliced
• 350 gm runner beans sliced diagonally
• 240 gm sundried tomatoes
• 200g Cheshire/Lancashire cheese
• A bunch of spring onions chopped
• A handful of fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
• 4-5 tbsp honey and mustard dressing
• Salt

Preparation

• Boil water with salt and add the sliced potatoes. Boil it for 7 minutes. Add the runner beans to the same pan and boil the potatoes and beans together for another 8 to 9 minutes or till they are just tender. Turn off the heat, drain them under cold water and set them aside to let the water drain completely.
• In a large bowl, add the drained potatoes and beans. To it, add the chopped spring onions and tomatoes. Crumble the cheese and add it to the bowl – mix everything together.
• Add the mint and save some for garnishing. Next add the honey and mustard dressing and toss everything together. Serve in a bowl and garnish it with the remaining mint and drizzle some more dressing on top.
