Angel Delight, also known as Angel's Delight, is a powdered dessert product produced in the United Kingdom. It is designed to be mixed and whisked with milk to create a mousse-like sweet dessert. Angel Delight was released in 1967 by the Bird's company, in a strawberries-and-cream flavour. Angel Delight Chocolate is a quick and easy dessert to prepare; simply add a splash of milk, whisk it to the desired consistency and treat it to a brief stint in the fridge. Angel Delight Chocolate is a relatively healthy desert, as ultimately it is mixed with a good quantity of milk, contains no artificial flavours or colours and is entirely devoid of any hydrogenated fat.
