Crispy Chicken Coated Salted Crisps

Ingredients

• 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
• 2 cups of crushed ready-salted crisps
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

• Set the oven temperature to 375°F or 190°C.
• Pat dry the chicken breasts using a paper towel and season each breast with salt and pepper.
• Take three shallow dishes – in the first one, add the all-purpose flour. In the second one, add crushed ready salted crisps, and in the last one, break the eggs and beat them.
• Coat the chicken breast with flour and dust off any excess flour from it. Dip it in the beaten eggs and then coat it with the crushed ready salted crips. Press the crumbs over it gently but firmly.
• Heat cooking oil in a large skillet. Add the coated chicken breasts in hot oil and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or till they are golden brown.
